Was quoted by post an increase of nearly £100 more than last year by current provider, went onto your website to get alternative quotes many a lot less than what paid last year and in fact my current provider quoted £17.00 less online than what I paid last year??

I think the way I was able to get the home insurance online was good however I am bitterly disappointed the purchase has not shown up on my app and my Rewards on the App has been down for days now in the App which has soured the experience.

Portal did not work properly. I contacted Yoga who could not help after 1 hour I said forget it. Yoga need to tidy up their organisation if they want custom!
