“They offered 77 different deals, but by using their comparison tool, I was able to narrow it down to three brands I was already familiar with. After looking at the differences, I chose a mid-priced option that turned out to be much cheaper than my current provider. Thanks, Confused.com! – Bryan”

“it was easy to purchase insurance online, but when i tried to ask a question was sent to ( my account) but not being computer savvy i could not check the policy details.”

“The process up until the point of payment was very simple. Unfortunately, when it came to claiming your rewards it became very complicated. The rewards program is currently unavailable so I’m still waiting. Very disappointing!!”

“The process of getting quotes was quite simple to complete and the results were competitive. Only issue after selecting and buying home insurance was the Confused procedure to claim voucher Rewards. Not as simple as Comparethemarket Rewards Rewards.”
