“Confused.com system is efficient and easy to use. Unfortunately, the Cornhill price, which confused.com repeatedly referred to, was not honoured by Cornhill Insurance. I consequently used another insurer, Admiral Gold, that honoured their offered price.”

“Gave a good range of quotes from different insurers and the best prices compared to other comparison sites. Confused.com quoted £100 less than my current insurer offered on renewal. They did drop their price by £80 when I told them I was leaving but I chose Confused.com not only because they were cheaper but also because I felt that that they treated me fairly and honestly”

“I selected Confused.com having used it once before and, at that time, had a good response and an immediate email with a reward. This time, as I am unable to download the Confused.com app on my phone or my tablet, the rewards team seem incapable of helping me. I am therefore losing any benefit of using this comparison website over all the others.”

Because of this, a mobile device is required to log in, view and use any earned rewards. We understand not everyone has a smartphone. An alternative option is to use a tablet: Our app is fully compatible with most iPad and Android tablets. If you have access to a tablet, you can download the app and use it to manage and redeem your rewards. “Unless you can down load the Confused.com app which I cannot you cannot get your rewards. This never use to be the case, it was only after purchasing house insurance that I was made aware of this. As a past regular user of Confused.com to renew many products/services they have just lost a customer.”
