“I went through the process of renewing my house insurance online and up to the end everything seemed to be OK, but when I went to the paying process and thought I had paid the premium, I didn't receive any notification that it had went through. Having thought that maybe I had made a mistake somewhere along the line, I went through the whole process again and again at the end there was no notification of the money being paid. I discovered to my horror after going online to my banking account that there was two pending payments waiting to be taken. Please ensure that the end process of the online payment is very clear that the payment has been made. I went to my bank and they said that they could fix this for me, but it makes me wary of using this app again.”

“It's nice sometimes to get reminders of when your insurance is due but when they Confused.com actually do the searching just before it's due and present you with the best deals and quotes that takes away of having to enter all the details again, then to get reminders of the lowest quote and when it's due is fine. So I would recommend this site”
