Bought policy that you recommended but not able to obtain rewards. Contacted via customer service not heard anything trying to still sell me the policy I bought before the 18/02/2026. Now sorted out.

I have always used Confused for my insurances having the bonus of a reward, but it has all changed this year, you have to now download an app to receive your reward, so if you can't download an app you will no longer receive your reward, so it is probably time to switch to another comparison site where you don't need an app to receive your reward !

It isn't an easy site to manoeuvre I have tried to change info from 3rd party to comprehensive and when I thought I had done it it had changed back to 3rd party in the quotes. It is driving me crazy.
