Hi Ryan,
Thanks for leaving your review.
We’re sorry to hear you had trouble purchasing your quote. We’re an online comparison site and not an insurer, so we do not process any payments.
We’d recommend contacting your chosen insurer directly for help with completing the purchase. You will find their contact details on their website.

Hi Paul,
Thanks for leaving your review.
Our Rewards+ program is app exclusive to ensure a secure and seamless experience. Because of this, a mobile device is required to log in, view and use any earned rewards.
We understand not everyone has a smartphone. An alternative option is to use a tablet: Our app is fully compatible with most iPad and Android tablets. If you have access to a tablet, you can download the app and use it to manage and redeem your rewards.
If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team on https://www.confused.com/help/contact-us

“A useful comparison site. Quite rightly you need to check a fair amount of detail even if you used them before. This time the contents cover had doubled in value that had dramatically increased the premiums on offer. By luck and bit of trial and error found an acceptable to go forward with.”
“It all worked, and the quotes I received were good, but I didn't like the fact that the Rewards are only available through the App. I don't have a smartphone, so had to set this up via someone else's device which was time consuming and difficult. This will probably put me off using Confused.com in the future”
“Visited a number of price comparison websites for house insurance renewal quotes the helpful thing on the quotation provided by Confused. com was that it included all of the options for cover whereas others had some cover options as add on to price quoted.
The quote provided by Confused. com was competitive for the cover specified by the insurer.”
