“I got several quotes but when I filled in further details they all said they wouldn't insure me for flooding so I wasted my time putting all my details in.They shouldn't waste people's time and should make it clear from the start.”

“Difficulty in trying to claim reward. I don't have a smartphone. I only have a laptop. Others have tried to help me claim the reward. You still keep sending me quotes even though you have already banked the full cost of the policy. No wonder its called Confused.”

Because of this, a mobile device is required to log in, view and use any earned rewards. We understand not everyone has a smartphone. An alternative option is to use a tablet: Our app is fully compatible with most iPad and Android tablets. If you have access to a tablet, you can download the app and use it to manage and redeem your rewards. You could also temporarily use a trusted family member's smartphone or tablet. Simply download the app, log into your account to access your reward. Make sure you log out once you're done though.
