“When I was looking for House insurance I used your site. You found me Quotemehappy for approximately £209. I found the cover too restrictive but found Premier cover to be excellent at approximately £312. After checking to see whether mu current insurers could reduce their premium and finding not, I returned to purchase Premier cover finding a new premium of £306. I proceeded to purchase but then found the new premium related to Essentials cover not Premier. Had the site been clearer I would have purchased Premier cover but there seemed no way of correcting the situation and no-one to speak to and a rather pointless Helpline, I was forced to cancel the insurance.”

“An excellent way of comparing quotes to get a reduced premium. I had to have 2 goes because the start date of the new policy was a day too late and I didn't spot that. I had to cancel the new policy and take out a new one with the correct start date. It would be great to be able to see in advance what the requirements are for getting rewards. A new customer doesn't have any indication that the app must be used. Even if it is, the new policy is not automatically linked so a manual linking process seems to be required. It just seems too hard to achieve! Perhaps on my third attempt I might get some reward?”
