“Unfortunately as I am of the older generation I found it very confusing. There was too much choice, however most of them were totally unknown companies. I did however finally decide on a well known company and did save a substantial amount of money. As my husband usually sorted this out until he passed away recently, I found it quite daunting. I will be better next year though.”
