“Didn`t save as much as first appeared because the quotes did not add in the important elements I had included last time, so pushing up the costs which had risen enormously from last year. Not impressed this year. If I bought from you last year I expected you to include all the costs before showing me what looks like cheap quotes and then having to add on, such a waste of my time because I then had to search around again which meant valuable time lost and pushed up quotes. Very confusing indeed! I won`t be bothering in future with your company, spend lest on advertsing yourselves and use it for intelligent research to bring down costs.”
“Once you use Confused.com it hounds with emails. Yet, I was only comparing prices to a renewal that doesn't use it. Confused produced good quotes initially but each time I want in they increased in price - c'est la vie!, it has offers that are exaggerated by free coffees etc that are difficult to materialise. The final outcome is that I stayed with my current home insurer and got a proper £20 voucher for Sainsburys, Tesco, or M&S. The net cost to me is anything Confused offered.”
