“Being an OAP I find this stuff hard to do. But using Confused .com was really easy to follow. The form was very clear as for what to put. The list of quotes was excellent. You can take your time picking the insurance that is right for you. So all good .Thank you.”

“Great to have comparisons. But my house insurance was not due for renewal until 25th March and the options on your website did not allow renewal up to that date. But worse was that the address was incorrect which made me panic that my existing insurance through yourselves was also incorrect. i.e. I had not been covered for 10 months ! After checking with the insurance Co. they did have the correct address thank heavens. You also stated that the quotes were based on my previous CAR insurance? In short, I question your administration and so could not refer other people to your website with confidence. Contents was also not required. So I had to clear your details from the quote, and start again with the correct address !”
