“The reminder was timely, the prices were competitive and therefore renewed through you. However I don’t seem to have received information or a way in for both my benefits of voucher abd Greggs offer. Also I seem to still be getting requests to take up your offer when I’ve already done that”

“I have always been a fan however the site is not keeping up with the times and so if you are one of the 1.6 million houses with solar panels you will need to ring every quote up to see what storm protection damage they offer - some do, some dont - what is offered is buried deep in policy booklets. On this occasion I bought a product from Hastings only to discover it did not covered storm damage even though I was advised on the phone it did. I had to then cancel the policy. Confused.com was not able to help - said it was not asked for by the insurers!. How about asking the customers what they would like? More transparency please!”

“My personal details state I have 50% flat roof, got lots of recommended insurers quotes. Chose one who called to say they don’t insure flat roofs and advised as I had provided false information, which I hadn’t, that I would not receive a refund. I thought by providing the required information to co fused.com that recommended insurance quotes were accepting of my property. Performance Direct Insurance are an insurance broker, not an insurance company, who then went on to advise they could direct my application to another insurance company at the cost of £1100! Who pays that kind of money for annual insurance?”
