“Overall a satisfactory experience but chosen insurers took payment one month earlier than agreed start of insurance policy and access to inducements to use confused.com unnecessarily complicated and not worth the admin involved for a 'free' cup of coffee so wouldn't recommend or otherwise not recommend”
“The prices are good but have had several reminders about my quotes since I had signed up for a new insurance contract through Confuse! So your system needs to recognise this fact and stop waisting customers time with unnecessary emails”

“I find communicating with Confused very difficult I've sent a couple of emails with queries which I haven't yet had an answer to.
