Took out insurance with One call, received no policy number, got a much cheaper quote with another company tried to get money back after 5 days they want to take £49.00 cancellation fee. Girl who answered the phone put her the phone down on me.

Through my poor skills I ended up paying twice for my home insurance policy, been trying to get my over payment back with no luck, want my over payment for policy FPH6000345637FC, post code DH4 6AF, £133:11, my other concern when looking for quotes was the £12:50 call charge, will need to think twice next year,,,
