“Easy to use and great prices”

“Quotes received from top 2 providers turned out to be completely wrong. After exhaustive investigation, I ended up going with the 3rd supplier - but only after wasting a couple hours trying to figure out why my quotes from confused.com were not aligning with what the vendor screens were telling me. When passing to the vendor screens, the amounts changed considerably even though no new info was being input. The 3rd vendor however kept their prices the same (Admiral). I think you guys will need to have a word with Aviva and Quote Me Happy for their misleading quotes. On confused.com I select 'Accidental building and contents' but then when I get to Aviva or Quote Me Happy, this isnt added to the price, even though the total is the same (unadded), so when you add the accidental damage insurances the price changes SIGNIFICANTLY and is not what was input into confused.com. This is very misleading and frankly time wasting. CONFUSED DOT COM!”

“Took out insurance with One call, received no policy number, got a much cheaper quote with another company tried to get money back after 5 days they want to take £49.00 cancellation fee. Girl who answered the phone put her the phone down on me.”

“Through my poor skills I ended up paying twice for my home insurance policy, been trying to get my over payment back with no luck, want my over payment for policy FPH6000345637FC, post code DH4 6AF, £133:11, my other concern when looking for quotes was the £12:50 call charge, will need to think twice next year,,,”
