“Confused.com is very easy to use and a very useful tool in finding the cheapest/most appropriate insurance. The reward is also very welcome but I do not have a smart phone so apps are not available to me. This is a backwards step as far as I am concerned which is why I have not given a 10 score.”

“There was much information to take in, and when I was passed to the website of my initial choice, it failed to proceed. Next day I tried again with a different company. Again it was difficult to get to the final payment, having to complete their forms 3 times. In the end everything had to be done over the phone. It wasn't easy, but your site did its job.”
