Was not impressed with Adrian Flux, taking long time to put insurance in place, wanting further details of me as person, money laundering which I took exception to, taking 3 to 5 days to activate, but took my money!!
Have now cancelled, but will have to wait for refund 3/5 days!!
Have insured again with my previous insurers who gave me a good deal better than Flux!!”

“Difficulty in trying to claim reward. I don't have a smartphone. I only have a laptop. Others have tried to help me claim the reward. You still keep sending me quotes even though you have already banked the full cost of the policy. No wonder its called Confused.”

We understand not everyone has a smartphone. An alternative option is to use a tablet: Our app is fully compatible with most iPad and Android tablets. If you have access to a tablet, you can download the app and use it to manage and redeem your rewards.
