“After spending a while filling in all the details, we had a confirmation email and a thank you with reference number for a new policy on the screen - which I took a screen gab of, so we thought we were covered. It subsequently transpired that it hadn't processed at all. MBNA server didn't recognise their own policy reference number, your site basically says they can't help...”

“Been using confused.com for about ten years now, i use it when all my insurances are due, house, cars, holiday etc, no matter what my renewal quote comes in at. nine times out of ten it saves me money, and now with the rerwards to its a no brainer. just claimed my forty pounds one and its only April.”

“Confused.com was not the cheapest quote initially but with the money voucher it came just cheapest. My original quote had expired so I had to quote again and this time it was cheaper and the cheapest even if I had not been receiving the voucher. A good deal all round.”
