“Having a user with very specific needs, with Symantec online documentation being unhelpful, the Cobweb support team were able to answer my user's questions, and mine, and then went further, creating scheduled reports that I hope will be useful in showing the benefit of the Symantec spam filtering solution provided by Cobweb to others inside the company.”

“DNS problem sorted quickly. A heads up from Cobweb re domain service provider sending email requiring action would have been useful and prevented problem arising. I thought it was a phishing one.”
