“The ticket was triggered because an email you sent warning me that the account was about to be suspended fir an unrelated issue was never received leading to the loss of all services. I’m still not clear why this domain was faulty or whether the problem has been properly fixed or indeed how many emails have been lost since it began.”

“On an extremely busy day, James Skelton came back with a very swift response, within less than 1/2 hour of me leaving a message. His interpersonal skills in helping get to the root cause were exceptional, and obviously his problem solving skills were expertly carried out. CUSTOMER SERVICE AT IT'S BEST!”

“I phoned in with a fairly unusal login problem, having researched the error online. Joshua remembered seeing the problem a year ago and was able to fix it straight away. Very good service.”
