“The implementation/transition and support from combination of Richard & Gary was excellent with good explanations and support. From my initial enquiry, message was forwarded to Sales - no one called back so I did have to chase. Once agreed, I then called to arrange the migration - thereafter all very well handled. I am not sure what is happening with the accounts/invoicing - I find them confusing.”
