“It was unfortunately a user-error at Cobweb which caused the outage in the first place. However, on reporting the issue, the support team were good at explaining what had happened and advising on what I would need to do once service had been restored. I'm still waiting for an e-mail from Cobweb management explaining what happened, how it happened, and what steps have been taken to prevent a recurrence.”

“This is the second time this problem has occured and I've been without emails for over a day. Like the last time I then had to have my profile rebuilt in Outlook. After my initial call and being told there was a problem, I then had to call again the following day to find out why I was still unable to login. And then call again a few hours later to find out what was happening. Some feedback to me would have been nice.”
