“Thanks for getting back to me, I listed the response time as poor, as there was no expectation set as to when I was going to receive replies. “Hi. Our email stopped working on Wednesday. So we waited a couple of days and then we called Cobweb support who said POP was no longer supported? CW Support logged onto my colleague's PC and changed her Outlook to IMAP. I was told that my version of Outlook was too old and a newer version should be installed. However, today my email seems to be receiving and sending emails again!”

“Sent the request in mid afternoon and had a response early morning the next day. Took 5 minutes of answering my many questions and walking me through the process. Issue solved 100% quickly. The engineer was very polite, professional and friendly.”

“The migration was very good and Florian was also very good and a pleasure to work with. My complaint is that it took far too long - weeks - to migrate only 4 users. I realise there were technical difficulties coming over from GoDaddy, however, I'm sure they would have been surmounted a lot faster had we been a 400-user sign-up rather than a mere 4.”
