Wait times via email a little slow, however the issue wasn't classed as high priority, so probably acceptable.

The guys you had managing this issue were all very helpful and keen to solve the problem. They cannot be faulted. However, back in November or December, I was offered a limitless inbox, free of charge. That never happened. It is clear today that having had help more recently and the inbox limit doubled, though for a fee, it solved the problems. I am annoyed that no one spoke to me about the inbox limit since the request was made last year. Had that been done, we would not have run into this current issue. I must still thank you, however, as your guys are very good at accepting ownership of issues and working diligently to find solutions.

On returning back to BT I found out that there is a situation with their SofWare - it only sends "e"mails out to BT approved "e"mail addresses. At about 11 .30 my address in box recieved a set of out of time pin numbers

Once I was in touch with Elliot Field, who was on the night shift and was able to respond to my requests for support quickly, I was in good hands. We were able to speak on the phone and he was excellent. (I had encountered a no. of difficulties trying to transfer my domains to Cobweb and the accuracy/currency of the relevant advice in the Knowledge Base was not great). In Elliot's absence I found the speed of response to requests for support rather variable - just an acknowledgement would have helped at times e.g if Elliot's colleagues had decided to await his return .
