“I had an issue that was resolved but with a bit of collateral damage. You had identified procedural failings and have told me this morning that that was being addressed. The issue was addressed fast and efficiently, even dealing directly with a third party. So no grumbles, just glad I had the support to resolve swiftly.”

“Thanks for getting back to me, I listed the response time as poor, as there was no expectation set as to when I was going to receive replies. “Hi. Our email stopped working on Wednesday. So we waited a couple of days and then we called Cobweb support who said POP was no longer supported? CW Support logged onto my colleague's PC and changed her Outlook to IMAP. I was told that my version of Outlook was too old and a newer version should be installed. However, today my email seems to be receiving and sending emails again!”
