“We are very pleased with the system. It is affording us multiple layers of protection from 2FA through to seemless running of Defender in the background with our existing antivirus. Having control over our devices combined with Bit Locker is really a very powerful option. Once the porocess is complete we will gradually ratchet up the security as we go eg limiting locations from which the system can be accessed.”

“There was initially a mistake (the opposite to what I requested was carried out) but as soon as this was realised your staff pulled out all the stops and were incredibly apologetic and helpful and all was sorted to my satisfaction.”

“No reason has been provided as to why the contacts disappeared from my account and it was fortunate I had a backup. This leaves me concerned about the security of other data being held on Cobweb. It has made me look into how I can backup other data currently only held on Cobweb so that I also hold it locally on my SAN. Cobweb support have subsequently been in touch and advised the issue is with Office365 and recommend using Acronis Backup.”

“this folder was actioned quicker than previous requests for this task on other projects, it would however be helpful for someone to tell me once it was complete so I know that the folder is now available to use.”

“In recent quarter Cobwes support has been pretty crappy, in Q2 2022 they have been much better, its rare to get a call back at all let alone the same week, but my last 3 issues have had callback the same day and even resolutions within 24 hours. really very good”
