“As an 82 year old with hearing loss I found some problem with speech speed of your staff . Nor am I good at pickiing up on the commands I am asked to confirm.”

“I originally wanted to add an extra user to our service via the Cobweb portal. I was unable to complete this online so called support. They advised that I email the request through so it could be completed that way. Although the user was added by doing it this way it would be great if the portal itself worked for me.”
