Request resolved but it took 3 requests as - - first request by email to support didn't seem to get logged properly - second request by phone (2nd number tried) could see original email request but had not been updated - third request as core had not been synched so wasn't showing the requested update

The support tech was great and no queue. The issue was a cobweb problem in not having set up cobweb core correctly so I could not do a password reset myself.

Declan was swift to reply and give first ideas to help - however the first ideas didnt solve the problem, but it gave me ideas to search in other options in Outlook and got is done :-)

The resolution to the issue was very good. The fact that it happened in the first place is reflewcted by the "Good reponse to quesation 1.

Josh had not encountered our problem before so he referred the problem upwards. In the intervening time I had our own IT team solve the issue. This is the first time that Cobweb did not resolve the issue them selves but this is understandable.

Josh had not encountered this issue before so took the time to consult internally anf revert. My Own IR team had encountered this issue so it is now resolved

The support given was acceptable because there was no urgency to my problem, I had an initial EMail response then after a missed phone call from yourselves, followed up on the same day by myself, the return call was not received until the following day.

The cause of the issue was identified, explained and resolved. A plan was put in place that will hopefully prevent recurrence and notes added to our client file.
