“Together we managed to sort this out. Cobweb had to get Microsoft involved which took a bit of time. We had several remote sessions to try and sort out the problem. Microsoft identified that the problem didn't occur when Word was in safe mode (learning point there) and Daniel then worked out that addins weren't to blame. So it all went back to Microsoft (need to ask my MS team leader) meanwhile I worked out that safe mode also excludes the normal.dotm style sheet (another learning point for us all). Hopefully our customers can now edit the documents we share with them. Thank you Daniel.”
