“Request resolved but it took 3 requests as - - first request by email to support didn't seem to get logged properly - second request by phone (2nd number tried) could see original email request but had not been updated - third request as core had not been synched so wasn't showing the requested update”

“The support tech was great and no queue. The issue was a cobweb problem in not having set up cobweb core correctly so I could not do a password reset myself.”
