The cause of the issue was identified, explained and resolved. A plan was put in place that will hopefully prevent recurrence and notes added to our client file.

Evan was highly competent, efficient, patient and engaging. There are still some issues with how our service is administered by Cobweb which may or may not be a function of how our contact with Cobweb is typically indirect, via our retained IT consultants Onlico, who set up the Cobweb hosting originally when we decided we no longer wanted to keep servers on our premises, and I'm therefore being asked, for example, to complete this survey under the identity of my former assistant 'Lisa' who has not been in our employ for nearly 10 years now!

Prompt and effective, referring me politely to existing documentation. Also, politely accepted the suggestion that the existing UI may be confusing, having - buttons that do nothing to decrease the number of licences.

Support was great, but a bewildering number of menu options on the phone system and a on one occasion I was held in a queue for about 20 minutes. It seems strange that some functions can be serviced via Core.Cobweb.com, while others are better served via portal.office.com.
