“Marc was patient and spoke clearly and slowly as I am nearly 80 years old with a hearing problem I appreciated this very much. Happy with outcome all working again.”

“I was very worried about my emails as they have very important implications. Both technicians were helpful, calm and on top of the situation. Not being as savvy as I would like to be was not an issue for them, they were understanding, and not condescending. Giving remote access is always unnerving but Cobweb has an aura of trust which is very valuable in these circumstances. Huge thumbs up for the company.”

“The person I spoke with was OK but Cobweb leave a great deal to be desired. I had no notification that you were suspending support for Thunderbird emails yesterday. I had to phone support to discover the situation. Furthermore that you will cease support completely for Thunderbird in October. I am just a private individual but have been with Cobweb since you virtually set up many years ago and certainly from my point of view I am unhappy with the situation. Jim Ferris”

“Simple query, easily dealt with. But you might care to make it possible to find the correct MX record settings for your tenant 365 domains find-able somewhere in your knowledgebase. It's embarrassing that you still provide this information for Hosted Exchange (which you no longer supply) but not for 365, which is what most of your customers are using for email.”
