“Thanks for getting back to me, I listed the response time as poor, as there was no expectation set as to when I was going to receive replies. Also as your email responses don't link in a thread via email, I had to go and find your previous response to put the answer into context. Little things but important to me. Kind regards, Mike Kirk”
