“Normally you guys are great and I appreciate the service. The last individual I spoke to on the query needs some customer service training, they guys before then were ace. Happy to give you detail and as stated normally you guys are great.”

“Hi. Our email stopped working on Wednesday. So we waited a couple of days and then we called Cobweb support who said POP was no longer supported? CW Support logged onto my colleague's PC and changed her Outlook to IMAP. I was told that my version of Outlook was too old and a newer version should be installed. However, today my email seems to be receiving and sending emails again!”
