“Hi there, with regard to my reported fault, I am not sure if you have been looking at things at your end, but the reported fault has slowly got less serious, I seem to be able to get a download of my two mail sources without reloading Windows 7 also I seem to have been able to archive, but I have been unable to actually prove this. Most importantly the reload every few minutes of the operating system for no apparent reason has stopped! I am concerned by your report that I have several Gigabytes of mail still one the server. Is that still there and which service are the unloaded email from can you force them to be downloaded. I have lots of hard disk space and so many at your end is worrying for me. Of course it may be the windows seven updates that I have received may have something to do with it all!? Your comment would be appreciated. Thanks George. I shall not do anything until I hear from you.”
