“It took a long time to work through. I was given different people and had to start over explaining several times. But finally Daniel H focused on it and he was excellent. He knew what to do to resolve the problem and he was patient in explaining procedures.”

“all good with fixing the problem as always the phone menu when you first call is confusing if you don't have technical knowledge (which is why we use Cobweb). I went through to someone who couldn't help but couldn't transfer me so I had to email and just wait - not ideal but certainly not a huge problem.”

“Technicians are very good, My only issue would be the response time on the issues, but as I said I could not fault the engineers as they are great.”
