“Hello. I called you about my Outlook 2010. I was unable to send mail, but received it fine. Mark Hughes was excellent. Listened to me gabbling on and explained the situation - i.e. Outlook 2010 is no longer supported. I will install a newer version of Outlook and see how we go.. Many thahns”

“I was surprised this morning to discover that MS Exchange Admin had decided to block my version of Outlook which is part of Office 2010 so Elliott kindly explained the issue and helped me get back to at least using my email service via Outlook Office web access. So at least I have email comms allbeit via the web and the cloud which I distrust, preferring to keep all my emails on my HDD. Anyway, sorted for the time being and up to me to try and source a later version of Office. Happy Days, Chris in Upper Dicker, Long standing customer of Cobweb Solutions - the dial up modem days 2400kbps!”
