“Like a dream. When you have a mountain of work to do and you’re on your second work through day and night with no sleep and you think it’s your network/IT letting you down and you have no idea why and no one around to help at 2am, - to dial Cobweb and have your issue sorted is like help from heaven. Josh “took over” and remotely diagnosed the issue then set about fixing. He was oh so patient waiting for me to key in his instructions and error correcting. He stayed with the problem to the end. Disgracefully, I had to ring back some time after ending the connection and again, his patience showed no ridicule at my ignorant question. During waiting loads, he was able to explain things and left me more knowledgable. I finished my work before the sun rose and it was on my lawyers desk for her first read. Phew…… Was I dreaming? No. The monthly invoices are real, - but such good value for money. Time is money, and at 2am crossroads, it’s all but worse. Thanks to both clever Josh and the system.”

“The guys you had managing this issue were all very helpful and keen to solve the problem. They cannot be faulted. However, back in November or December, I was offered a limitless inbox, free of charge. That never happened. It is clear today that having had help more recently and the inbox limit doubled, though for a fee, it solved the problems. I am annoyed that no one spoke to me about the inbox limit since the request was made last year. Had that been done, we would not have run into this current issue. I must still thank you, however, as your guys are very good at accepting ownership of issues and working diligently to find solutions.”
