“IT WAS FORTUNATE THAT A VISITING FRIEND HAD THE APPROPRIATE KNOWLEDGE AS I HAD NO IDEA TO WHOM I SHOULD TURN TO FOR ASSISTANCE. ALSO FORTUNATE THAT I WAS BUSY YESTERDAY AFTERNOON.”

“This was a serious issue in that we were missing emails from clients over several hours until the issue was identified. It then took a couple of days to resolve - Cobweb didn't get back to us as quickly as you normally do.”

“Initially thought that the issue was unresolved but it turn out to be an issue with the web browser. It would be good if Cobweb advised that their console is not fully functional using Internet Explorer”
