“Swift response. Helpful advice. As a non-techie my comment on the advice, however, is I am not sure which Control Panel is being talked about: "This is expected behaviour as you have your account connected to Windows. You can remove the account's password by going to the Control Panel > Credential Manager > Remove the saved credentials." Hence mark of Good rather than Very Good.”

“Cobweb has listened to my issue thus far and proposed actions to take to resolve this. Not sure either of us know the actual problem but they have been good at suggesting soltions when the previous one hasn't worked. Finally thought we solved the problem last Friday (28 Apr) but it appears to be back along with a brand new issue this morning (Mon 30 Apr)”
