“The only potential improvement would be better feedback from the broadband team to the support advisor - we were left without any feedback for many hours, then the connection suddenly came back to life. Some sort of progress indicator (emails saying checking problem - fault detected - equipment replaced/reset or similar) would have made it less stressful as a user (even if they don't tell the exact truth :) )”

“Swift response. Helpful advice. As a non-techie my comment on the advice, however, is I am not sure which Control Panel is being talked about: "This is expected behaviour as you have your account connected to Windows. You can remove the account's password by going to the Control Panel > Credential Manager > Remove the saved credentials." Hence mark of Good rather than Very Good.”
