“It must be a generation thing but people doing their jobs is not about happiness, it's about pride in doing a good job and providing a service, and that's for you to achieve. I was going spare trying to achieve this end result - if I had a good consultant, he would have done it in about half a day. This whole process has taken me nearly 4 weeks.”
