Professional and helpful. Perhaps a little more "out of the box" thinking could be applied on occasion, but I understand that helpdesk staff have to stick to rules and guidelines.

I have been with Cobweb since 2010 and as a sole trader I have no IT support. Whenever I've had issues, no matter how small they might seem, they have been resolved in a timely fashion bearing in mind I'm very much small fry! Thank you.

I was kept informed about the changes due to take place where no support was being offered to users who are working with Outlook 2007. However, I was a little surprised to be sent the warning notification when I am running with Outlook 2010 which still has the benefit of the support from yourselves.

Cobweb takes pride in providing an efficient support service to all of our customers; one of the ways which help us to achieve this is to prioritise the requests raised to our technical support team, this means a lower prioritised request may take a little longer to resolve, but will be in-line with our Service Level Agreement. support was ok but each time I call in to support I can myself on a 1-second echo, I can only guess this is the headset that your support person is wearing but it is incredibly difficult to concentrate on what I need to say when I gear it repeated back at me, I have mentioned it a few times before but nothing has changed!

I am very happy with the assistance provided by Mike Reed to help us through the final stages of the set-up procedure. Everything prior to Mike's assistance was pretty poor to be honest, from longer than expected delays, to having our phones cut-off with no prior warning or communication.
