“Cobweb has listened to my issue thus far and proposed actions to take to resolve this. Not sure either of us know the actual problem but they have been good at suggesting soltions when the previous one hasn't worked. Finally thought we solved the problem last Friday (28 Apr) but it appears to be back along with a brand new issue this morning (Mon 30 Apr)”

“Professional and helpful. Perhaps a little more "out of the box" thinking could be applied on occasion, but I understand that helpdesk staff have to stick to rules and guidelines.”
