“Your response was appreciated and I do understand your protocol and a safety net can be useful in the majority of occasions however it does not perhaps fit all purposes particularly where sensitive information is involved and needs to be cleared. But thank you anyway”

“I have been with Cobweb since 2010 and as a sole trader I have no IT support. Whenever I've had issues, no matter how small they might seem, they have been resolved in a timely fashion bearing in mind I'm very much small fry! Thank you.”

“I was kept informed about the changes due to take place where no support was being offered to users who are working with Outlook 2007. However, I was a little surprised to be sent the warning notification when I am running with Outlook 2010 which still has the benefit of the support from yourselves.”
