“I had continuity of support from one person*. Every time I hit a glitch, he responded quickly with a solution, right the way up until late in the evening when I had a problem with the IP address on my iphone. Disconnecting my business from the world is a nerve-racking experience. I cleared my diary just in case. There is nothing more infuriating that dealing with a provider that is not responding quickly in these circumstances. Cobweb did not leave me hanging. *For all I know it could have been several people using the same name. either way I didn't have to re-explain who I was or what I was trying to do to a new person every time.”

“Take their time, patient. I used to receive an e-mail to say my case had been logged and was being looked at (off the back of my support e-mails) but that seems to have stopped. I think that's a nice e-mail to receive so it doesn't keep one wondering etc”

“Guys I have been a customer for ages this was a 365 integration. It did take a lot longer than I thought. There were issues with data that didn't transfer. I am not that technical and had to rely on my IT guy Richard to sort everything out. I look forward to the service being stable from now own”
