“Whenever I ask for technical support from the Cobweb team, their response is outstanding. They listen, take ownership and solve the issue with no fuss. They have even spoken to a third party on my behalf when one issue involved another organisation and worked in cooperation with that IT person to get it sorted. Cobweb is a very customer focussed organisation, and I feel very secure with them. Thank you, guys. (So far I have only spoken to men, if there are women on the team, please include them as I am sure they will be equally customer focussed.)”

“Unusual issue that took 36 hours to fix - but the Support Tech (Josh) got me set up with another route to my mail that enabled me to keep working. Problem eventually solved was not an internal issue and dealt with well.”

“We occasionally get obvious scam messages and delete them. However, this particular one appeared to come from Microsoft about my need to change a password. A similar message had been received before and, following your advice deleted as scam. But, when this one came through I thought it better to just check again just in case! Thank you once again for your help and advice - It is very assuring to have Cobweb on our side.”
