“Support from Cobweb was good, however most of this problem was dealt with by Microsoft personnel and their service was poor. In particular, I was assigned a support engineer who spoke English with a thick Indian accent which made it very difficult to understand his instructions. I also felt too much attention was paid to it possibly being a OneDrive problem, which resulted in me having to do a lot of maintenance on my OneDrive files, particularly as one operation generated a large number of duplicate files which I had to manually delete.”
