“Top class support. Phone answered quickly, support technician took control of my computer and upgraded me from Steam-Email (Pop3) to a shiny new Exchange account. Importing my historical data file would have taken hours, (I need the history on my local drive because I sometimes don't have internet access) would have taken hours, so he imported a year's worth of data and talked me through importing the remainder. He even sent a link on how to do it. Couldn't have asked for more.”

“On 2 Dec I wrote with a request for domain pointing. No reply. I tried again on 5 Dec & received a reply on 7 Dec to say change had been made. I am told by the guy whom manages my website that the change has STILL NOT BEEN MADE? INC 227133”

“Excellent support from Alex - showed great patience and very proactive. RE: Your e-mail communication to support this upgrade. For me - it was poor, OK for information but poor for communicating next steps. I would suggest that you have a variety of communication messages based upon IT knowledge levels and how different psychological types like to 'take in information/data. Kind regards Mitchell”
