“Resolved issue and implemented change promptly which we should have seen and sorted ourselves from the admin area - sorry we are still getting used to the new admin section. Thank you Alex for resolving this at the same time as resolving our other larger issues. :)”

“The support and dedication shown by Alex on this support ticket went above and beyond! He was steadfast in his determination to solve the issue, which presented itself with a few difficulties along the way, but he kept us up to date with the progress and reached out to all of his resources to find the best solutions in the most timely manner. We really appreciated his methodology, and communication throughout the issues which he did successfully resolve. Your average support 'personnel' in any industry would have easily 'passed the buck', given up or told us the issue 'was out of scope'. It is really appreciated when someone goes out of their way to help you, which is exactly what Alex did in this case and with a very professional manner. I wish there was an "Exceptional" star rating in this instance as this ticket would certainly have deserved that. Thank you very much!!”
