I had an issue that was resolved but with a bit of collateral damage. You had identified procedural failings and have told me this morning that that was being addressed. The issue was addressed fast and efficiently, even dealing directly with a third party. So no grumbles, just glad I had the support to resolve swiftly.

Thanks for getting back to me, I listed the response time as poor, as there was no expectation set as to when I was going to receive replies. You were very responsive and as helpful as possible (going beyond what I expected). Unfortunately, the problem is unresolved but this is due to a Microsoft policy change and nothing it is possible for you to fix.
