“Ronny Thanks for your help. The hardware is old 32 bit (but very good): the software is also old - it cost $7,000 (and is not replaceable) - however it earns £60K to £80k per annum and has done so for more than 20 years. “Support from Cobweb was good, however most of this problem was dealt with by Microsoft personnel and their service was poor. In particular, I was assigned a support engineer who spoke English with a thick Indian accent which made it very difficult to understand his instructions. I also felt too much attention was paid to it possibly being a OneDrive problem, which resulted in me having to do a lot of maintenance on my OneDrive files, particularly as one operation generated a large number of duplicate files which I had to manually delete.”
