“Spoken to cobweb Technical support team as thought one of our emails were not synced and seemed we were not receiving emails but a call to the team and test email sent seemed we were having a bit of a quiet spell great service”

“Josh Puddick was a great help, everything sorted quickly and smoothly - only delay I had in the process was the handing over from renewals@ to the support team (I had to chase up 2-3 times) but once with the support team it was managed very fast”
