Sold me a traders policy not fit for purpose then charged me £280 to cancel it. To top it all off, after I cancelled, they then offered had the temerity to offer me the policy I asked for in the first place! Avoid at all costs.

In previous years dealing with them have been OK, but last 2 years customer service has really gone done hill. Staff are indifferent or rude at best, left on hold for 20 mins today, with every renewal have had a admin problem on their side. Really disappointed and after being with them for several years and spending over £20k in premiums, finally decide to look else where for renewal this year.

Can't get in touch via email which I had to do after been kept on hold twice for over 10 mins each time insurance paper work always wrong when it arrives every time insurance renewal due you can't talk to anyone so have to renew as they won't tell me how much no claims I have and horrible staff to talk to every thing seems to be a problem to them when you need to add or remove a vehicle

Another year, another problem. Every renewal has a problem, either private vehicles missed off the insurance schedual or vehicles I dont and have never owned insured on my policy. This year however is the worst and the last year I will continue with them. When I got my renewal the obligatory vehicles missing was there as always, but I also got someone elses renwal addressed to me in a seperate envelope (data protection?), but the big issue I have this year is without notifying me or telling me, motorcycles over 250cc are no longer covered, so my business (motorbike servicing) is currently on hold AND my own motorbikes are not insured. A absolute waste of my time and life, their prices are not even that competetive anymore, let alone the stress and loss of business these guys cause.

Dont Crash at weekends, left us helpless and despondent. Its a subcontracted nightmare. I was told getting couresty car but all i got was hertz trying to sell me a hire. By time reached Saturday lunchtime told phones had failed, but could still email. They said couldn't do anything till Monday. Basically couldn't or wouldn't give me Hertz details. I get impression if this company was on fire no one in office would use their own mobile to call the Police. Likewise if looked out the window and saw someone in distress wouldn't use their own mobile either. Its easy we are out of sight in a hospital with no transport, its sunny so everyone disappears for weekend leaving us in a mess

Have always been very helpful in previous years however, have had issues this year with no response to emails (of which the conversation was initiated by them by email!) A snotty woman on the phone who was less than helpful and practically hung up on me and not even an apology for not responding on 3 occasions by that point. Not sure if they've had new staff recently or we've just been lucky in previous years to be able to speak to the helpful and polite ones. Seriously considering looking elsewhere if this level of customer service continues.

Filling the actual agreement in was very easy and informative but I clicked on the wrong figure, as it wasn't very clear what the final amount would be and consequently paid £30 more than I need have done!

Your website was so customer friendly and for someone who is not in full time business but a 70 year old writer the drop down menus were so easy to follow. I had tried another company (no names) and got into such a mess on their website. Thank you so much.

Quick and easy quotation and set up of policy all on line. All done by policy holder at this stage with no intervention of the insurers.broker at this stage so no experience of their customer service.
