By time reached Saturday lunchtime told phones had failed, but could still email. They said couldn't do anything till Monday. Basically couldn't or wouldn't give me Hertz details. I get impression if this company was on fire no one in office would use their own mobile to call the Police. Likewise if looked out the window and saw someone in distress wouldn't use their own mobile either. Its easy we are out of sight in a hospital with no transport, its sunny so everyone disappears for weekend leaving us in a mess
