“Your website was so customer friendly and for someone who is not in full time business but a 70 year old writer the drop down menus were so easy to follow. I had tried another company (no names) and got into such a mess on their website. Thank you so much.”

“Quick and easy quotation and set up of policy all on line. All done by policy holder at this stage with no intervention of the insurers.broker at this stage so no experience of their customer service.”

“I would had found your service excellent if you could had sent me the policy document through the land post as I still have no proof of purchase of insurance to show the schools I visit as I have no working printer. If you could just spare a few minutes to do this I will highly recommend you. My address is : V L Cox Pendray. 37 Croft Road Ware Herts SG12 0BD. Thank you for your help. Thank you very much for sending my policy through the post, as it is so good, you should charge everyone else an extra five pounds for this service. I can proudly present it now to the schools and of course recommend your company. Thank you again. VLCP”

“Well designed and functioning site. Unfortunately, due to a poor internet connection and uncertainty about figures I had to make three attempts to buy insurance. Problem is that the website will not allow me to use the same email address again but insists I log in, which I would IF I had a password. Obviously a bug in the system as I only got a password the last time after I bought insurance. Lucky I had three different email addresses but I wonder how many customers have been lost by this silly mistake?”

“Very easy, quick and professional service. I also made a silly typo mistake which I didn't realise until after the certificate had been emailed to me. I rang them straight way upon realising and they changed it without any additional cost. Would recommend”
