“I find that the good points outweigh the bad. I purchased a public liability policy in 2013 but didn't receive a renewal notice. I also found it difficult to get a reply when I called the office. I had to obtain a new quotation which was easy to do and also very well priced. I think that the fact I renewed without looking at other companies is self explanatory. Thanks”

“Very easy to obtain pli online. Only problem is certificate when emailed does not show up on iPhone or tablet.. Not very helpful as I needed to email certificate”

“I have called twice this week and have been very pleased with the speed the call was answered (I usually dread calling as it quite often takes forever to get an answer). The lady who answered my query and took payment was very efficient and polite.”

“Now been with this company for nearly 20 years and have not had any problems. Sorted out non fault accident claims a few year ago very quickly and sympathetically. the Ladies in the renewals department are always helpful. Spoke to Lynn today with a couple of queries, soon sorted out and renewal completed by email. Very easy!!”

“In a fast paced business environment, the last thing you want is to be spending time on Insurance issues. Mercifully, with Ashley Francis as our Fleet Policy Manager, we have only to make one phone call and he solves any issues within a short period of time. Furthermore, he has clearly trained his Team to work as he does so that when he is away (very rarely!), they always take very good care of us. Nine years so far with Tradex, and many more we hope. Thanks guys, Ashley in particular. Ashley's previous employers will not have known what they had until he left. Their loss is most certainly Tradex's (and our) gain. :-) Sherwood T Group”
