Shocking company. Nobody answers the phone,and then you either get someone thick or rude,ive spent £18 thousand pounds the last two years and I cant even change a vehicle on my motor trade policy.

Designed by fault insurance. Not in favour of customer. Quotes are pointless as once you accept they analyse your circumstances and target the negatives and invoice extras.(honesty gets you nowhere) Then they never answer promptly. The amount they invoiced me extra was an instant figure. The amount owed to cancel was not. Once they rang back the next day to inform me of my cancellation amount it was half it should be, once challenged it took another day. They cancelled the policy immediately once I said I no longer required it as it was now more than my previous policy haha. Anyway 1 week later still no credit !!! All 1 way. WARNING DO NOT USE. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

I have just had a small problem sorted by a lovely lady called Lesley Tabner. Not only was she able to sort the problem out but she was lovely and friendly too, nothing was too much trouble. I feel she is a credit to the Company and you should be proud of her.

I changed my vehicle through the phone the,, customer adviser Emma alter was very quick and helpful.. definitely 5 plus star for Emma 📿📿📿📿 this bead is for luck

Not easy to get to on the phone. Once I did get to speak to Pal Dave things were dealt with fairly easily. Probably better to communicate by email rather than phone if you want an answer to anything.

Everytime we need Car Jockey Insurance - Paul M at CG has never let us down. Today he did a policy in 20mins. They do what they say. Tried tested and reliable.

I couldn’t recommend clegg gifford enough, i have been with them for the past few years now always very friendly and helpful staff, always willing to go out of there way to give you the best quotation, the renewals advisor Lorraine was very helpful and professional thank you.

awful service, impossible to get through on the phone, still waiting on my renewal paperwork from april and have just noticed that a car I requested to be added to the mid has not been, luckily I have noticed before being pulled over or involved in an accident.... absolute waste of time company, will not be renewing come next april

Iv been with trade few years now and was told av as many cars as u want ect ect, now its whittled dwn frm10 to 5""yet lad two doors frm me as same policy n more motors??? Isn't this sum form of favrativism or another ism??Will not b using thm after my policy runs out In two months,, and telephone manners of at least two are deplorable quick to hang up!! Quicker when they want ur £££,, its a no frm me

I am with "CG" 3 years now as they are pretty competitive. So far when I had to deal with "CG" they were very professional, helpful, informative and easy to deal with. I can most certainly recommend "Clegg Gifford". Thank you.
