“Worst service ever. Renewed my insurance but I'm thinking I should not have. It's been 7 days and still no email of documents and cars are not mid list. You will be waiting over 30 mins and still no answer. When they do answer they transfer to someone else, and no answer. They are happy to take your money but no service to back it up.”

“When online on Friday 05-04-2019 and filled in form for a quote. They sent me a email saying they would contact me on Monday 08-04-2019 (no time slot) I'm still waiting. Just found these reviews and glad now I they didn't follow up. If they are this slow giving you a quote how fast would they be if you had a problem or needed to claim.”
