i was very happy with response time as i sent email with my concerns so i did not have to wait on the end of phone and was called to confirm my update of info and was happy that it was delt with quickly and fairly.

Had the pleasure of dealing with John Brewer at Peterborough after ALL other contact points within CG & Tradex failed to respond to my urgent need for continued insurance. He was apologetic on behalf of the company and within 30 minutes had sorted out everything. But for his assistance I would probably have needed to insure elsewhere. Well done John and thank you. I have been with Glegg Gifford for a number of years now ,and have to say its always very easy and stress free. I dont really ever leave reviews but i felt the service i had was well worth one. i spoke to Katy Banks on the phone yesterday and what a helpful lady just had to make some policy changes but she explain everything and was very clear had an email within minutes with all corrected changes very impressed. She is a credit to your company keep up the good work. Martin

No-one answers the phone. I was on hold for so long my phone battery gave up! Meantime my new insurer wants proof of NCB. AVOID!!
